    Female 37 I was only suppose to have a pph (procedure for prolapse and hemerroids [hemorrhoids]) The Dr did the pph but I was so severe I had to also have a hemerrhoidectomy [hemorrhoidectomy] for the external problems. I didn’t find this out until I woke up. [more..]

    Had my Hemorrhoidectomy 8 days ago. Best advice I can give someone: Don’t rely on stool softeners! Get some prunes, grapes and eat cereal. I had constipation following surgery that I thought was going to kill me! Passed 3 golf balls and tore all the surgery apart. [more..]

    I thought I had hemorrhoids but the surgeon said they were extensive skin tags and could be removed. I scheduled the 20 minute surgery. Had an epidural with IV drugs. Surgery took over two hours because the skin tags were all around the sphincter and external vein bundle. [more..]
