Coping With Hemorrhoidectomy

gosh this is the worse surgery ive experience in my entire life! im 26 y/o single and last nov 5,2008 ive undergone this hemorrhoidectomy. the procedure was not that difficult, with general anesthesia the surgery actually lasted for about 20 minutes but the post-op pain was horrible, the medication they gave me for pain didn’t actually help to sudside the pain so my surgeon who was actually my uncle decided to give me IV called nubain for me to sleep because of the pain was so much hell to experience! but when i woke up, i felt dizzy, to the point that i want to vomit, my doctor told me that the nubain they gave will have this side effect! so horrible to think that the pain was so hell,plus the fact that my body was adjusting to that nubain they gave me!but thats not the hardest part, when im discgarge from hospital, the healing process was sooo much hard… from fiber, to vegies, fruits, no meat, ive lost 10pounds! anyway, im on my 3mons post-op now but im not that 100% totally heal, until now im still suffering from pain, only mild, still on diet. im still recovering mentally from the horrible surgery that im encountered.
