First and foremost, I had a successful hemorrhoidectomy on March 12, 2009 using a Ligasure scalpal to remove internal and external hemorrhoids and some skin tags.

I don’t have much better news. That was the worse surgery I could have ever gone through. I had brain surgery a few years ago that didn’t hurt this bad.
