Since the 1st surgery I pay for everything I do. The worse thing for me is sitting and needless to say that is what I do for a living, I am a network engineer. My Dr. had almost every test run on me and the only conclusive thing was a “slight hernia”. The only thing that remotely helps is hydro-codine and, or course, my Dr. says he doesn’t want me to get addicted, nor do I. This past May I went back to my surgeon and said I wanted my life back and that he needed to check for lesions inside me. I suspect he felt enought time had gone by because he decided to operate. Low and behold he found a lesion between my bladder and intestine. He also repaired the “small hernia”. I was sure this was going to give me my life back but it didn’t. I went back to my Dr. and complained of basically the same pain. He sent me to a second surgeon who decided to try the quartizone shots at the surgery site. Those did not help so at this point he is planning to do surgery next week with the intent of removing the small piece of screen to see if that is the cause of the pain. I hope to god it is because I can’t continue on like this. Any thoughts or comments would be greatly appreciated. December 2008
