Laparoscopic fundoplication

by: DJK on Thu, Dec 27 2007

Dec. 12th I had Laparoscopic nissen fundoplication surgery. I am so pleased with it. I suffered with gerd for 38 years. Today is Dec. 26th though I am eating smaller meals I am eating everything without gerd/reflux. I had the surgery on the 12th and went home Dec. 14th in the afternoon. I had a lot of different tests before the surgeon would do the surgery. I had the ph monitoring and a manography that is where they put a tube through your nose into your esphoghaus. It wasn’t pleasant but it was worth going through in order to have my problem corrected. I should of done this years ago.
