Hope It’s Worth It

by: Michael on Thu, Feb 21 2008

I had my surgery done just 3 weeks ago Jan. 28th 2008. I’m still having a hard time eating. I find that I can’t eat a whole lot at one time. I feel that my stomach has shrunk. I have a hard time trying to burb. Feels like a big pocket of gas that I can’t get rid of. Went out to eat this past Saturday and it was a waste. Forgot and drank my soda with a straw and that was it. My stomach blew up and I got real bad pains. I still not sure of what kind of diet I should be on.

My doctor said that I could eat anything that I could as long that it didn’t bother me. I still get pains in my chest every once in awhile.Hope that they go away soon. I don’t know how I should be feeling at this point in time. I saw a diet online but how long do you have to be on it? Also I found out that I should not be drinking soda for 6 to 8 weeks. No one never told me. If anyone is going to have this done please do your HOMEWORK FIRST. Some should have talked with me about my diet before hand. Hope all is the little things that I have going on go away soon. For me I had no choice in the matter. My heart burn was off the charts. In the long run hope that it works out for me.
