internal sphincterotomy

I had my surgery last Tuesday, and have had complications. My doc didn’t give me time to clean out my intestines, thus I became constipated by Friday. What was left in me from Monday/Tuesday made it a real mess. Friday the doc said to drink Magnesium Citrate, but it didn’t work, went to emerg, and had to have suppository/enema wow …what pain I was in. Thus now I am unable to keep anything in…I have the reverse problem…so the healing process is going slow and painful as a result. Will seek additional medical advice tomorrow but in the meantime I just suffer thru the uncomfortable mess…hopefully this is not a setback and I will be fine.
