Sphincterotomy - not good!

I had a Sphincterotomy 3 months ago. The pain from the fissure is gone but new problems occur after having had the surgery.

I can NEVER get clean after a bowel movement and always feel like my anal canal is open. I use tissue, wipes, and go back to the bathroom numerous times and still, am not clean.

If I had it to do over, I would have never had this surgery and lived with the pain rather than the problem I have now. I can’t go anywhere for fear that I have bowel odor and certainly can’t return to work!
