Surgery Your Surgeon Won’t Tell You Abount Related to Ulcerated Colitis & Other Related Deseases

I had Ulcerated Colitis and needed surgery in 1975. I had an Iliostomy for over 30 years. I had problems later & found surgeons in my area who really knew nothing and offered me terrible advise. Then I heard of the “BCIR”. “Barnet Continent Intestinal Resevoir”.

This procedure consists of the Surgeon using your small intestine to form a pouch and a living collar inside your abdomen. I have had this surgery now for almost two years. These have been the Best Years Of My Life, since 1975. At this time there are only two Dr’s who do this procedure. I want to tell everyone what alternatives there are out there.

Their is an Association called the “Quality of Life Association” it was organized to assist in meeting the special needs of the continent ostomate and to educate others of the latest advance in ostomy options. You can also find out more from the “BCIR” both have their own websites.
